watching the sky...

Beautiful pic I found on FaceBook last year

Friday morning 9 am  March 8th
Half the sky is stormy dramatic incredibly beautiful. And half is sweet tender peaceful blue dotted with white clouds.
There is a wind tho. I can see it shaking the leaves on branches and hear its sighing sound. I grew up on Riverside Drive to the sound of wind over the river. I love the sound of the wind.
My cat Priscilla is in her yard watching. Swiveling her head. I love watching Priscilla. Now she turned and looked at me. She looked at me thru my open window sitting at my desk.
Cupcake her daughter is shlofen on the soft white fleecy sweatshirt I bought and never wore. I put it on the little chest under my other window so Cupcake would have something soft to sleep on. She looks happy with the wind coming in ruffling her long thick beautiful fur.
Like my cats I love the fresh air.
The sparrows are all in the tree. They love that little tree. Sparrows play all day. They fly in the tree. They fly down and eat one of the stale cheeto-s I put out.
O that is a morning dove who just arrived in the tree close to my window. That is who lives in my yard, morning doves and sparrows. O the big pigeon arrived too.
O up there out my northern window but if I look all the way left to the west is where the soft blue peaceful sky meets the huge stormy cloud sky.
I am addicted to this huge stormy cloud sky tho. The beauty is great. And the drama is thrilling.
O it is funny watching the pigeon struggling with big cheet-o. He tries to eat it and ended up throwing it up in the air. It lands near by.
My mood right now is reflected in the sky. Half is so placid, half is dramatic and interesting.
My yard is filled with sunshine. Somewhere to the east a big sun must be shining, to fill my yard with sunshine.
Can you imagine everything going on now!  There is big wind. There is sunshine. There is dark cloudy beautiful dramatic. There is placid blue.
And a pigeon in the sunshine who has not moved with his cheet-o fairly close by. He is looking around without moving. Just like Priscilla did.
What are they watching.
What are they listening to.
Or are they just taking in the morning.
More or less as I am.
O the wind sighed again. Today is a day with a sound track.
